What Marra keeps about you, and who sees it.
This is a plain-English draft. It needs checking against UK GDPR before Marra goes live.
If you give
- We keep your first name, email address and what you've offered.
- The partner you're helping through sees your name and email so they can arrange things. The person you help doesn't.
- Card payments are handled by Stripe on the partner's own account. Marra never sees your card details.
If you're asking for help
- Only your first name, your area, your age if you choose, and the story you agreed to are shown.
- The partner records when you agreed to share it. Ask them at any time and it comes down straight away.
Getting your data removed
- Email us and we'll delete your account. Records of payments are kept for as long as the law requires.
